Famous Kid Brick’s song and video “Never Ever” debuts nationally on MTV Jams, mtvU, and Music Choice May 31. And he proclaims his new accomplishments with new mixtape Graduated from Local, due mid-summer.

Famous-Kid-Brick-Grdaduated-from-Local-Press-PhotoTampa, Fla.-For the past seven years, central Florida music mogul Famous Kid Brick has been one of the most influential rays of independent hip-hop to blast his way across the south east. Now he is set to take the rest of the world by storm with his latest video “Never Ever debuting nationwide on MTV Jams, mtvU, and Music Choice May 31. And Kid Brick toasts this new accomplishment with his highly anticipated forthcoming Hussch Boy Productions mixtape Graduated From Local, scheduled to drop mid-summer.

“The release of this song and video had so much anticipation behind it,” Brick confesses. “Just off of a 15 second Instagram clip I had DJs, industry executives, and fans’ hitting me up saying it was the one.”

“As soon as I heard “Never Ever” I called Brick to tell him he finally had that worldwide hit” explains DJ Winn – VP of Cool Running DJs. “He not only deserves it, but he is quite capable of running the race alongside the majors. I’ve said that from day one.”

The video was shot in Tarpon Springs at the Baumgart’s East Lake mega mansion by Justin Petrone & 12/12 Productions, directed by Randy Cabrera, shot and edited by PK Sellers. The mansion boasts the scene of a lavish lifestyle featuring exotic cars, beautiful women, and the avoidance of a THOT (slang for thirsty hoe over there). On the song, Brick sticks to his commitment to play the field over a slow-riding groove, deep bass line and a subtle electric guitar provided by West Coast producer MigL Beatz.

The video was released in late March on YouTube.com and WorldStarHipHop.com and has racked up over a half quarter million views in only a couple of months. It has made so much noise virally that major television networks got wind of its success and now they will partake in airing it on national television.

“I’ve created something unexplainable and exhilarating in Florida,” explains Brick. “My infectious sound, innovative sense of fashion, and the passion to uphold my name has infected everyone it touches. Now is the time for me to graduate from local and go global!”

And Famous Kid Brick will do just that with his forthcoming mixtape Graduated From Local. With cuts like “California,” “Hate To See” and “Move On,” Famous Kid Brick is sure to win over new fans from coast to coast with his versatile approach.

Throughout his career, Brick’s music has amassed more than 2,500 BDS-registered radio spins of his first runaway hit single “Im On It,” 20,000-plus iTunes downloads and sold out shows throughout the Southeast. And the numbers for “Never Ever” are growing rapidly.

Famous Kid Bricks buzz has grown tremendously around the south from the exposure on the road and radio play. Most recently, Brick was invited to perform in front of thousands of Florida high school graduates for Grad Bash at Universal Studios in Orlando and Gainesville’s Gator Stompin, which has been a rite of passage in the city for more 30 years.

“With the show that Famous Kid Brick and the Hussch Boy crew put on, you totally forget that its a local artist performance,” Orlando Davis – Program Director for WLLD FM.

D.Wyte 010

St. Pete, Fla.-Just when you thought that soul in R&B music was long lost and forgotten, multi – talented singer / songwriter / producer D.Wyte comes in the nick of time to put romance and maturity back into music with the release of his sultry lead single “Body Talk.”

A slow, grinding groove accented by D.Wyte pouring his heart out over a thumping 808 drum track, “Body Talk” adequately sets the mood for any romantic encounter. “Simply put, it’s where desire meets passion,” explains D.Wyte.

The steamy lead single is just a taste of what D.Wyte has to offer from his forthcoming Elitascend-released EP Stages of a Man set to be released this Fall. Featuring feel-good testaments like “Don’t Tell,” “Wait For Me,” “Friend Request” and “Proposal,” Stages of a Man boasts soul-stirring stories of men’s rites of passage to manhood and maturity.

“Real music never needs to make a comeback, because it never goes out of style,” D.Wyte contends. “Real music is timeless.”

Well on his way to making a lasting impression in the world of music, the rapidly emerging St. Petersburg, Fla.-based crooner brandishes a style of rhythm and soul that places him in a category of his own. His musical journey was first cultivated in his family’s living room as a child. Growing up, D.Wyte listened to his parents constantly playing the soulful sounds of Atlantic Starr, Jodeci, Mint Condition, Boyz II Men, The O’Jays, Frankie Beverly & Maze and Luther Vandross.

Every night in high school, he and his friends would gather together and sing in harmony. Before long, they formed R&B group Fanta C and in no time, had become one of the hottest, most-well-known acts in the Tampa Bay area. After graduating from high school, however, D.Wyte served in the United States Army for three years. When he returned home, he joined a well-known local rap group, Stylish Family.

After meeting with mild success, he was ready to set-out on his own so D.Wyte ventured off to pursue a solo career, but his other love, football, shared his focus. D.Wyte played semi-professional football in Florida for eight years.

During his years on the gridiron, he was named offensive line of the year and selected to the Florida Football Alliance All-Star Team five times. In 2012, he won a league champion as a member of the Orlando Rage. After this accomplish, he decided to focus solely on music.

Since then, D.Wyte’s musical talents have blessed him with the opportunity to perform overseas as well as open shows for the likes of Faith Evans, Bobby Valentino and Anthony Hamilton.

Now, D.Wyte compiles all of his lessons learned in music, accomplishments and God-given gifts to bless us all with his forthcoming EP Stages of a Man set to be released this Fall. Guided by lead single “Body Talk,” the EP is real-life composition of stories and situations that men traverse on the road to maturity.

Famous Kid Brick - Dope Work 5

Who knew that after being leaked to a South Georgia DJ that Hussch Boy flagship artist Famous Kid Brick’s infectious single “Who Dat” would blow up like this?

But in only a few short weeks, the record has grown legs on its own and sprinted through the South like a track star on steroids. Now, because of the positive feedback and popular demand, “Who Dat” will release Tuesday July 30 to Brick’s eager fan base.

“Before we knew it, we we’re getting calls that people heard it on the radio and it was on a lot of different mixtapes,” says Brick.

And with good reason. Produced by musical maestro 22 Bitches, the record’s hypnotic synthesizers and harmonizing chimes over Brick’s boisterous rhymes of fast cash, fast cars and fast women have given the Tampa, Fla.-based independent heavyweight rapper another hit record to add to his long list of club bangers.
